Feedback and Grievance Mechanism
It is important to Project SIARC that we take accountability seriously and we are keen to hear your feedback. It’s vital that the people or organisations we work with can safely, quickly, and openly provide feedback, or raise concerns of any kind that may occur throughout Project SIARC or Angel Shark Project: Wales (which continues under the umbrella of Project SIARC), – that is why we have an accessible Feedback and Grievance Mechanism in place, which is overseen by Hannah Lee-Williams, as Project SIARC’s Designated Officer.
Who is this mechanism for?
Any community member, member of the public, project participant or organisation who we work with. Identities will be protected and concerns can be made anonymously.
How can I submit feedback or a grievance?
In person, you can speak directly with:
- Any Project SIARC staff member during events, meetings or community visits
- A Project SIARC partner, affiliate, collaborator or contractor who will pass on your feedback.
By phone, text or WhatsApp (available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm):
- Contact any Project SIARC staff member who you work with
- Contact a Project SIARC partner, affiliate, collaborator or contractor who will pass on your feedback.
- Directly contact Project SIARC’s Designated Officer 07999652888
By email:
